Lifestyle Recovery Education Guide
We aim to provide a safe space where individuals facing trauma, extreme stress, or severe negative life events can learn body-spirit-soul practices, and techniques to manage and rebuild their lives. We do this successfully by teaching both individuals and professionals nutritional trauma-informed care.
The Education Program
You don’t need a practitioner in order to determine the steps that are needed to move on from your old life to building a new, healthier one! Learn how to do this on your own by understanding: 1) what stage of change you are in, 2) how to build a personal time line, 3) why nutrition is imperative for brain health, 4) how NutriTheology can help you, and 5) the success formula.
